Use the tool responsibly.
Read Baile Charme AI terms for adult-only photos, permission to use likenesses, generation limits, credits, subscription renewal, content checks, and user rights.
Who can use the service
You must be an adult and able to enter into a purchase agreement where you live. Use accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. The service is an independent creative tool, not an official artist, music label or social platform service.
Permission comes first
You must have the rights and permission needed to submit every photo and create the resulting media. Every person depicted must be an adult. Do not use the service for explicit sexual material, exploitation, harassment, deceptive impersonation, fraud or unlawful content. Do not misrepresent a generated performance as a real event or endorsement.
How generation works
You supply one photo or a text description. AI creates a new dance interpretation, not a duplicate of a viral clip. Facial details, movement and clothing may differ from your expectation. Source inspiration is labeled separately from generated results. Downloads are silent; music rights are not included.
Credits and payment
Each default 12-second 720p video costs 30 credits. Package prices and credit amounts appear on the pricing page and in checkout. One-time credits never expire; monthly and yearly credits expire at the end of their respective billing periods. Annual credits are granted at once. Separate purchases do not replace valid existing balances. Earliest-expiring credits are consumed first. Subscriptions renew until canceled; cancellation does not remove the current paid period’s valid credits.
No hidden upgrades
A one-time pack never becomes a subscription. A successful generation includes access and download without an additional unlock fee. The Single pack contains 10 credits and cannot fund the default 30-credit request on its own. The studio prevents starting without enough credits and shows the shortfall before checkout.
Sample and paid generation
Registration, email login, referrals and daily visits do not grant free credits. There is no free personal generation or free generated preview. You can view the editorial inspiration and read the guides before deciding whether to purchase. A failed generation returns the consumed credits to their original credit source; expiry terms still apply.
Availability and review
Third-party processors and networks can be unavailable or delayed. The service checks submitted content and generated results, but automated checks are not perfect. We may reject a request or restrict an account when needed to address prohibited activity, payment disputes or security issues. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Sharing your output
Review your complete video before sharing it. Follow the rules of the platform where you post, including any required AI-generated content labels. Your right to use a result depends on the permissions for the inputs and other content in that result. This service does not grant rights to music, trademarks or another person's likeness.
Questions and applicable rights
Contact contact@bailecharmeai.pro with account, billing or content questions. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. They describe the service as of October 20, 2026.
