Your photos are private inputs.
Read how Baile Charme AI handles uploaded adult photos, generated videos, account records, payments, analytics, moderation, retention, and requests about your data.
Information we process
We process the account details needed for email sign-in, the photo and optional direction you submit, generation records, credit transactions, and payment references. We do not offer Google login on this site. Do not upload sensitive documents or photos you do not have permission to use.
Why your photos leave your device
After you submit a photo, it is stored in Cloudflare R2 and supplied through short-lived signed links to SeeAPI for text, image and video moderation and to Kie.ai for Seedance 2.0 video generation. Cloudflare hosts the application and database. These providers process the inputs needed for the requested result.
Result visibility
Uploaded photos and default results are private. If you deliberately select public visibility, an editor may consider the result for the gallery after moderation. Viewing and downloading private results requires the owner’s signed-in account and a successful generation credit record. Signed input links expire; link expiry does not mean immediate deletion from all systems. Contact support to request deletion. Transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or disputes.
Payments and email
Checkout uses Yito Pay and Stripe. Card details are handled by the payment processor; we store payment references and credit records, not full card numbers. Login and transactional email use Cloudflare Email Sending, with a configured fallback provider only when the primary channel fails. Operational alerts do not include your photos or login codes.
Analytics and cookies
Essential cookies keep your account signed in and protect authentication. We use aggregate traffic and conversion analytics to understand whether pages and workflows work. Analytics events should contain action names and technical references, not photo contents, passwords or payment card data. Browser settings and privacy tools may restrict analytics independently of essential account features.
Your choices
Use photos of consenting adults only. You can choose not to submit a photo, stop before generation, and contact contact@bailecharmeai.pro to request access, correction or deletion of account information. We may ask you to verify control of the account. Do not send passwords or login codes with a request.
